I believe our lives are meant to be lived as worship...that we are each here as a lens for God to watch his favorite movie through our eyes. How we choose to live each day determines how good that movie will become...but I know one thing for sure, I won't get to the end of my life not finding out how creative I'm capable of being when I let my curiosity be greater than my fear.

Life is an ever-flowing river of twists and turns that change my path, invite me into new dimensions of creative potential, and call me to explore versions of myself I haven't yet met.....below are the most alive and exciting elements within my story. I have recently begun sharing content on a new YouTube channel with an intention of sharing my love for journeying through the acoustic realm of sound, voice, emotion, and silence. This is a space that will hold a range of creations...including: guided meditations, spoken word poetry, mind musings, journeys to explore your inner world, intuitive love notes, and everything in between. Meditation, remade -journey within in a way you've never experienced it before...
I moved to Sonoma County in February of 2023, after receiving an invitation to come check out Movement by Design...a human recharge facility dedicated to bridging the worlds of biomechanics and Human Design. Instantly I realized this was something bigger than I'd ever experienced in all my years of spiritual seeking and attempts at embodiment. I couldn't just dip my toes into this work, I had to dive all the way in and discover who I could become when I put my bones back in the position God originally planned. I have never known transformation like this work...I have never tried anything that can catapult growth and expansion of the human potential more than this. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - this is the only thing I've found thus far in my life that hits ALL levels of the human avatar.
